Travel assistants provide meet-and-greet service to groups in airports as well as train or bus stations.
The assistants take charge of the group on its arrival. They verify that each group member has the necessary travel documents. They accomplish the various formalities and escort the travellers to and from their accommodations.
They are capable of solving any baggage conflicts that may arise between the travellers and the travel company.
